Dana the Osteopath (The “Company”) is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your personal information.
What is personal information and why do we collect it?
Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect include: names and email addresses.
This Personal Information is obtained through signing up to the opt-in and engaging in coaching services. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.
We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services and information to you. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time.
Third parties
We do not and will not sell or deal in personal or customer information. We will never disclose your personal details to a third party except the necessary information required by providers of products or services you have purchased or to protect the rights, property or safety of danatheosteopath.com.au, our customers or third parties or if required by law.
We may however use in a general sense without any reference to your name, your information to create marketing statistics, identify user demands and to assist it in meeting customer needs generally. In addition, we may use the information that you provide to improve our website and services but not for any other use.
Security of personal information:
Your Personal Information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your Personal Information. However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.

Terms and conditions - digital products
DIGITAL PRODUCTS:
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective by and between Dana the Osteopath (the “Company”), and purchaser of the digital product (hereafter “Client”), for the purpose of Client purchasing a digital product from Company’s online shop (the “Product”). Client agrees to the terms and conditions below by checking the box in the online shopping cart checkout or by submitting payment for the Product.
After purchasing the digital product, the Client will receive access to the product within a 24 hour period via an email. The client will have lifelong access to the Product.
Digital products available to download by Dana the Osteopath include the new graduate checklist, building your brand and the 12 month content calendar. These products are all owned by Dana the Osteopath and are not able to be reproduced or re-sold in any way (which includes, but is not limited to, forwarding on the information and printing and passing on the information).
Company hereby grants 1 exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, license to the client to use the Product. Client understands and agrees that the Product materials may not be shared with any third party. In the event Company suspects that the Product is being shared with another party, Company reserves the right to immediately terminate Client’s access to the Product.
The Company is not responsible for any third party links that are included in the products.
Acceptable uses include – using these products for your own purposes/the Clients purposes.
In-acceptable uses include – forwarding on or reproducing the material by the Client to a third party.
All images, content and information is owned by Dana the Osteopath.
In an instance where non-compliance to these Terms and Conditions occur, Dana the Osteopath may seek legal advice and action against the Client.
Returns and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible upon purchasing, no refunds of any fees or other amounts paid by Client in connection with the Product will be allowed under any circumstances. This includes the New Graduate Checklist, Building your Brand and the 12 month content calendar.

Terms and conditions 1:1 coaching and mentoring
ONBOARDING
1:1 Coaching and mentoring – an agreement will be entered between Dana the Osteopath (the “Company”) and the client (The “Client”) once a subscription is created.
Depending on your arrangement, the Client will have either a weekly or a fortnightly 45-60 min call with Dana. It will be the Clients responsibility to schedule their 1:1 sessions ahead of time.
1:1 Coaching and mentoring with Dana the Osteopath is delivered online, via google meet. When an appointment is created, the Client will receive an email with the link to join the google meet conference. If the client wishes to re-schedule or change the time of the meeting there is a link in the confirmation email.
Payments and invoicing
This is done through Stripe and a payment subscription is set up at the time of signing up. Stripe will send The Client invoices and billed monthly.
The price of coaching with Dana the Osteopath is subject to change however if you already have a subscription Dana will give you 30 days notice of any price increase.
Following the purchase, an email is sent to the Client welcoming them into the program and a link to book calls through Calendly.
In the event of a missed payment, Stripe will attempt to charge the Client each day after the first missed payment. All scheduled meetings between the Client and Dana the Osteopath will be paused until payment is made. If payment is not made within a 2 week period from the first missed payment the agreement between the Client and Dana will be canceled and no further appointments can be made.
Refund policy
You can ask for a refund prior to your first call with Dana and you will be issued a full refund and your subscription will be canceled.
Minimum term of coaching is 3 months, there is no maximum term
Privacy
As part of the agreement, the Client email will be added to the email list for Dana the Osteopath and as such will receive marketing emails monthly from the Company. The Client can unsubscribe from this list at any point.
Content and coaching:
As part of the agreement, the Client will receive digital downloads from Dana – currently Building your Brand and the 12 month content calendar, as part of the Clients package.
During mentoring and coaching, an outline of what the sessions include will be the following:
- The 6 steps to Success (the framework created by Dana the Osteopath)
- Any topic that the Client wishes to discuss
- Any topic that the Company feels is important to mentoring the Client
If the Client wishes to discuss anything that is pertinent to their current employment or work it is recommended that the client message Dana via whatsapp 24 hours prior to the call, to allow ample time to prepare for the call.
Communication:
The Client and the Company will communicate via email and Whatsapp – details for Whatsapp will be included in the onboarding email. The Company (Dana) will make a reasonable attempt to respond to all Whatsapp messages within the hour, with the exception of after 7pm weeknights and on weekends.

The Client agrees that all decisions and actions in these areas are exclusively their responsibility.
OFFBOARDING
In the event the Client wants to terminate the arrangement (after the 3 month period) the Client must send an email to Dana – dana@danatheosteopath 1 (one) week prior to the next billing cycle.
